Recommend a .222 load

I am working up some loads for a friend's rifle. Any favorite reciepts for the
.222 ? I have TNT rounds in 45 grn, some 50 grn Sierras, and a load of 55 grn v max bullets. I am thinking about h 355 or varget for powder. Any other powders to recommend? Bullet wieght to go with? Thanks for your time.

IMR 4198 is a classic powder for the .222 .... IMR has a web-sight with a lot of data for reloading the triple deuce.
