These are all pretty much the same and will all work in my new Mini 14 correct?

Dude at the gun shop gave me a rate on 1000 rounds of Federal 5.56 Ball M193 55gr MC-BT when I purchased the rifle.

Please help a rookie out with some stupid questions.

I am pretty sure the ammo I have is this stuff but not 100% sure. Mine is loose in a plastic bag in a Federal cardboard box.
