Walmarts that don't sell ammo

The one closest to Metcalf range does not sell ammo. But, it is a small Wal-Mart (converted Home Express building).

This is on Monterrrey Road in S. San Jose - used to have a great shotgun dept. but that is gone.
Wally World on Story Road in S. San Jose - nada.

We should create a statewide list & then sticky it, then again if AB962 forces them to discontinue handgun ammo sales it may be wasted effort. I'd love to have a list to reference especially on road-trips though

I didn't see any at Foothill Ranch.

Me neither, but the one off beach/22 sells, but never has anything in stock. I went in for 40 s&w yesterday and one guy bought 4 boxes, which were the last :\ I'm think maybe just palmetto or lucky

Thats kind of what I am attempting, but it is somewhat hard to tell from some poster's whether they really know if the store does not sell ammo by policy or if the well is just perpetually dry.

I did a central OC run and hit Westminster, HB, and Laguna Niguel last week and got skunked. The sporting goods folks at wm and HB were both very nice and told me that they had gotten about a dozen boxes the day before, but there are a few regulars who check in every morning and buy what they can and cell phone their buddies to buy the rest, so it never lasts more than an hour.

I think he is referring to the WalMart on Monterey Road in San Jose although the WalMart in Morgan Hill does not sell ammo either nor does the one in Marina.

I ran into one Wal Mart in Long Beach and they actually sold ammo and I picked up some .22LR and 30-06 while I was there! Now I wish I could remember which location it was !!!
