I have some tools, and some knowledge to contribute. I know a little (the basics) about reloading, but I know there is much more to learn. I've reloaded 9mm, .357 sig, .223, and haven't blown myself up yet so I'd be willing to assist others.

This sounds like a better fit for me... I'll stay tuned for more info before I commit to one.

Thanks for setting this up LG

Ok Guys. Toolbox X and I are hashing out the details like Date/Time/Number of participants now. Once that is figured out I will post in this thread to start the sign ups. Please don't PM me asking for details or to put you on the list. Once we get the details hammered out I will start taking sign ups. I know there is a LOT of interest in this and I know there are more people that want to attend than we could have in the first class so It's going to have to be first come first served on the sign up sheet. What I'm thinking is I will post here before the signup sheet goes up to let you know when it will be open and just go first come first served from there. That's about the only way I can think of that would be fair.

I also have the preliminary steps working for one in Stockton so stay tuned for more info on that.
If you would be willing to host and/or teach a reloading event in either Sacto or Stockton please PM me so I can put you on my list of potential teachers/hosts.

I am willing to assist. I have been reloading for a couple of years now but I certainly am no expert. I also have a Lee single stage press mounted on a home made stand that I can bring.

                  Date/time/place/signup info.

Read this if you are interested in attending the first Sacto seminar.

Ok guys Here is how things are going to go. The first reloading seminar is going to be October 31st from 9AM till Noon in North Natomas. I want to keep this first one kind of small to see how things work out so we are limiting it to spaces for 10 people to sign up here. I will open up the sign up sheet this Sunday (October 17th) evening at 8pm. This thread will be the only place you can sign up and only after I post the sign up sheet tomorrow at 8PM. That will give me time to PM everyone that said they were interested in the polls.

Toolbox X is donating his time and components and I am donating my time in organizing this. We are asking that once you are signed up and your name is on the confirmed list that you make a donation to the Calguns Foundation at http://www.calgunsfoundation.org/index.php/donate . Suggested donation for the Sacto area reloading seminar is $20.00. Please don't donate for the reloading seminar until you see the confirmed attendee list that I will post. Please understand this is not a CGN or CGF event. We are just suggesting you donate to CGF as a way to say thanks for the reloading seminar.

By signing up for the reloading seminar you agree to the following statement:
I understand that reloading ammunition carries some inherent dangers and agree to hold the organizer(s), teacher(s), and property owner(s) of this reloading seminar free of any liability for any injury or death that may occur as a result of attending this seminar. I further understand this is in no way an officially sanctioned or approved Calguns, Inc or Calguns Foundation event. I understand this seminar is for informational purposes and that it is my responsibility to obtain, research, and follow proper reloading techniques and procedures as set forth in a published reloading manual or guide.

For those of you who said that you would be interested in teaching/helping/hosting I will be contacting you regarding future seminars.

I think that is about it for now. Bear with me guys I've never organized anything at all so this is a learning experience for me.

I talked to Toolbox last night and let him know that I will assist him as a co-teacher. I don't claim to be an expert but I've loaded for the past year now and have quite a bit of experience. About the same amount of experience as he has. We talk about reloading quite frequently and share our learning experiences with each other.
