A while back i picked up a dillon 550 and need to pickup a few parts for it and looking for the best place to get them.

Call dillon, tell them what you need. Most times they will just send the parts, no questions asked or payment needed. They are the best.

Got a buddy on GunBroker who is a Dillon dealer.

I have purchase 80% of my Dillon stuff from him, and have ALWAYS saved money.

dillon is great to deal with. I ordered a few things from them and had to have my primer housing replaced due to stripped threads. I also ordered about ten small replacement springs, bushings, etc. They didn't charge for any of the small parts or the primer housing. Their ammo boxes are the best and least expensive, also.

Don't know where you're located but Irvington Arms is a Dillon dealer and has a few parts.

Dillon uses MAP pricing so you're unlikely to find a 'deal' on any new parts. You can occasionally find stuff on eBay, but I've found the used prices there to be similar to new from the MFG.

I tend to buy new stuff from Brian Enos, since he's always had exactly what I needed when I called and has reasonable shipping costs.

Call Dillon for broken or lost parts. If you say it's broken, they may ask you to ship the broken part back. If you say it's lost, they may ship you a new one for free if they don't think you're trying to scam them. In either case, you may have to pay for shipping depending on the mood / generosity of the person you talk with.
