What a great morning. Got up and went straight into the reloading room, before the morning coffee was made I sat down and processed 40 pieces of brass. Thats size, decap, clean the primer pocket, chamfer the inner and outer neck. They are now in for their final clean before I prime, charge and seat the bullet. All this was made easier by the person that created the RCBS cleaning station. Man I cant believe how easy this is and how long it took me to get one. I believe that if you like to process your own brass you need one of these. Start to finish 40 pieces, 25 minutes approx. Wow.

"Chamfer the inner and outer neck" did you trim? 25 min sounds like a long time to me unless you are prepping "match" quality brass.

If you think that's nice, get a giraud trimmer.

Your right that is a little long..... But I did have to set up the press. I usually trim but this was in spec.

New cases often need to be chamfered.
I loaded up 30 rounds of 223 this morning in new brass and I had to chamfer the case mouths to get the bullets to seat nicely.

But did you your new brass need to be deprimed and the primer pocket cleaned ?

They were clean as they came from winchester.
