    Removing stains from brass

Just wondering if anyone out there has some suggestions on removing moisture stains from brass. I have 800 pcs 223 once fired LC brass that I think were exposed to some moist salt air (came from bay area) for a few months. The photo shows the brass after 20 plus hours of tumbling in new course walnut. If it's to much trouble, I will just toss out in the recycle bin. Thanks for any tips.

You can try soaking them in vinegar for a couple of days.

I've also heard simple green works to.

those are the type of brass that i just throw away. That looks like corrosion not stains.

I will throw them away. I think you have structural damage to the brass if it is in that condition. Brass is cheap enough, and I would not risk myself.
