Hey everyone,
I am currently reloading .45 acp and am extremely pleased with the reduction in cost and the quality ammo I am getting. Now I am going to start reloading for .223 rem. I will be shooting it from a Saiga .223. When I purchased my .45 dies it was easy I just bought the lee delux carbide pistol set that has everything I need. But the the .223 there are like several different sets. One has a a neck sizer, full case sizer, and seating die. Then there is the crimper/ full case sizing die, etc. What do I need to reload for .223 intended to shoot from a semi auto? Thanks. By the way I'm going with lee reloading dies. Just a preference.
Also I see that there is not a case neck expander for rifles. Is that because it doesn't need it? I've mad the mistake before of not expandinig my .45 brass enough and ruined both the shell and the bullet.
