Need to purchase light load .45acp

Hi, i'm trying to order some light, reliable safe and reasonably priced .45acp ammo....reloads are ok. Can anyone recommend someone to deal with who might ship to Ca.

I know that reloading my own would be a great option but unfortunately I just don't have the space or time to reload my own just now...perhaps one day.

    thanks

If you are in Sac area Action Guns has an 06 and may work up a load for you.

I went to a shooting competition using Winchester White Box (WWB) .45ACP. I didn't reload at the time and everybody commented on my choice of ammunition.

      Several people suggested Magtech.

With a muzzle velocity of 780fps vs the 837fps of WWB it would probably be lighter...don't know if your pistol will like the SWC profile.

      Good luck.

Target ammunition is usually loaded to 800fps in the .45 ACP. Beware the SWC profile won't feed in most .45 caliber Glocks. For plinkers a lighter bullet will have less recoil.

Load-x in Santa Rosa has a nice light load in both 200gr and 230gr tmj. It runs around 800fps iirc.
