Good show, and welcome to the club -- now it's time to work on the secret handshake! (Looks just like pulling the handle on the press lever...)

One note on the caliper: cdrxls is right about Harbor Freight having good deals on calipers, but if you go digital, make sure you get one with at least 3 1/2 digits of resolution -- some of their lesser models only go to two digits, and you'll want to know what's going on down there in the little numbers.

    For example:

Manual says OAL should be 2.235"
    A two-digit caliper will only show 2.23 or 2.24
    A 3.5-digit caliper will show 2.234 and a half

Thousandths and ten-thousandths won't mean the difference between safe and unsafe ammo, but it's wise to pay attention to the details like it would...

In the world of calipers, you get what you pay for. In my profession, I have used and expericences with el cheapo calipers. They suck and maybe end up costly to you as a reloader. I would reccommend mitutoyos, starrets, spi for high end high quaility accurate& reliable. The cheapest brand I would say to look at would be fowler.

      10mm. Because .45ACP just doesn't cut it anymore. <Trailerparktrash>

I would like to start doing some reloading my self. Never done nothing like this before.
Anyone in the sac area wouldn't mind showing me how it's done? Let me know.

there are lots of youtube vids on how to reload.

read as much as you can before making your buy and try (as you are) to get some hands-on.
