need a load for 50 beowulf...

using 350gr slugs and shooting it out of an AR. need loads that cycle the weapon.

loads for 300gr and 400 would be useful too, velocity would be great.

Here's my data from going to the range a couple of months ago. New brass. Fired 5 shot groups. Would have liked to do 10 for each round but my shoulder was killing me.
