I was wondering today.. Who does Walmart buy their ammo from?

Im guesssing direct from the mfg.

wal-mart is the distributor in their case since they order such large amounts. wal-mart distribution warehouses probably have more ammo there than other distributors have in theirs. why else do you think they can sell ammo for so cheap?

Nope they loathe them, the Waltons always grind for the lowest price no
matter what. Only because they buy so much do the Ammo co's bend over.

I know a guy who knows a guy that said a little bird told him.

yep.... the wal-mart negotiators are ruthless and are hated in the retail/manufacturing world.

they do whatever it takes to grind you down to their prices. and they don't care how you get to that price point as long as you can get it made. that is how they got a lot of american companies to shift production overseas to meet production costs.

The list is way too long. Just open a SGN and you'll find more than a few. Or, you can try RSR, Miwall, Cope's, Widner's, Graf's, Natchez........Most, if not all, will only sell wholesale to FFL holders but, give it a try.

Well they DONT have to sell to Walmart. Nobody is forcing them to sell. Im really surprised wally isnt selling chinese ammo. Pretty much 95% of what they sell is china made anyway

some companies don't. but its hard to resist a nation wide, largest retailer alive, and the amount of sales they can provide.
