Problem with Redding Dies

I have the Redding Titanium Carbide Pro Pistol die set in 9mm Luger. While resizing brass, the carbide resizing ring came off the die and is stuck in the case. I am using a Forster press when this happened. Has anyone had this problem with Redding dies or any other dies? I also own the same die set in 45ACP and haven't had this problem.
Any info is appreciated.

That's a defect in the die. Contact Redding

I had that happen with a Redding die about 15 years ago (same die in .45 ACP). Redding will do you right with a warranty claim.

Thanks for the replies. I'll contact Redding next week and will update everyone on how they deal with this issue.
