Need some load data for .243

I got some .243 Sierra 85 gr bthp bullets but the closest bullet listed in my Speer manual is a 85 gr btsp. Can I use the sp data for the hp bullets? Anyone have any load data, preferably for RL-15 since I already have some?

The Sierra Manual doesn't list RL-15 as a suitable powder for those bullets.

Thats strange, my Speer manual lists RL-15 for all the .243 bullets, it just doesn't have that bullet. According to loaddata.com (http://www.loaddata.com/members/sear...loading%20Data) the Lyman Reloading Handbook 49th Edition should have the data I need. I just don't want to spend the $30 for the online access, I would rather buy the real manual but my local gun shop doesn't open until Wednesday. Anyone with a Lyman manual wanna look up that data for me?

That is why they print different manuals for DIFFERENT bullets.

        Wait till Monday.

LOL I know they print different manuals for different bullets, I just find it strange they didn't include RL-15. My manual includes RL-15 data for all 6 bullets it lists. The Lyman manual lists RL-15 for that bullet. Like I said my local gunshop doesn't open until Wednesday (they are only open a few hours a week). Thanks for trying to help though. I may just sign up for loaddata.com, otherwise I'll just wait.

The 49th edition Lyman's manual has an entry for RX-15 w/85gr jacketed HPBT. I don't know if this is what you're looking for but there aren't any other entries that closely match "RL-15".

            RX-15 .243 Win

            Min Load: 32.0 gr

Thanks, that must be it. I signed up for loaddata.com and they have the same charge listed for RL-15 for the Lyman manual.
