I have had my FFL03 and a COE for 6 years now. I have successfully ordered ammo from several vendors that will ship to me with copies on file.
So, here is my new situation. My father who is getting older has been slowly transferring firearms to my brother and me.
He has ammunition he wanted to send me, but I initially told him it was probably not a good idea.
Then I got to thinking can he?
I have not found anything concrete that states he could. I was curious if anyone had any information on the subject.
I was going to keep researching online, but my wife and son are taking me out, as today is my birthday. I was trying to get an answer so I can reach out to him before he sells it all.
