    any classes?

    I/E- L.A I don't care, I can't comment on the reloading clinics and things there seem old/outdated.

looking to load .45 and 9 mm, buying 2 separate presses since I have the room.

I'm a ways south, so no in person help. Both of those are pretty easy IMHO. Youtube has a few million videos.

I'd start with .45, based on my experience. If you are loading for an autoloader you'll want to match the bullet design to the right OAL. If your pistol has a ramped barrel life is easier - some 1911's can be a little more sensitive. You might want to start with a classic load like a 200 grain SWC or a 230 grain RN. IIRC Wilson said in his book the case mouth need to be .468 to .470 after the "crimp." I put that in quotes as some people say to just straighten/iron out the belling of the case mouth. I like to bell enough the case will just sit square on top of the belled case. Primers should be .003-.005 below the back face of the case.
I always like to run 1 round around if using a progressive, making sure everything is working and adjusted. When you get the shell plate full, you might have to adjust the seater and crimper down a few thousandths as the pressure will spring the press a little.

The 9mm brass varies more in my experience than .45, although they all vary a bit. You won't have to worry about trimming. 9mm usually takes more pressure to size because it's a tapered case.

If you post what press you are buying and what arm you are loading for we can likely give you more detailed info Also components you plan to use and your intended use.
I've used a lot of different presses and helped many people over the years, even worked at Star Reloaders back in the 1970's and 10980's. They are long gone though. I got to hear lots of stories about various customer stories and problems.
You might already know all this. If so, my apologies for being so long winded.
    Good luck!!
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

At one time Angeles reloading store had an NRA approved class going. You may give them a call to see if they still offer.

I watched jiujitsu2000 utoob channel. I watched the same video for a single stage tutorial about 100x, he has short quick videos and the super long drawn out for first time of the same video. Very helpful. He's got a bunch more vids of diff calibers, including rifle.

There is NO reload class on Calgun.net. Members just do the reload and the others members watching, it likes watching YouTube but real time and real thing.

The watching members ask the questions liked people ask the question on the "command section on YouTube" and the member who do the reloading answers the questions liked a YouTuber replies the question on command section, the difference are one is interactive or typing on key board, and one is real time, that's it.

To OP, I can let you have my address then you can come to my garage watch me to do the reloading, I will answer all of your questions but the problem is I don't know you.

I am not selling them, just for personal use so I don't see how a licence would be needed.

Don't charge anything at all for the class, don't sell anything, drinks, nothing, and keep the ammo you make.

It would be very difficult to prosecute under these circumstances.
