Can you identify these Precision caps / Primers?

My brother just purchased 7 beautiful antique handguns, I started going through them and found a number of caps that I have never seen, the tin that they were in had standard and these, Does anybody out there have any ideas??

The one with no anvil looks like a standard percussion cap.

Not sure of the others. Is that what Berdan primers look like?

The regular cap is just there for scale.

the primers look like some (pretty) old style of shotgun/shot shell type primers. I accumulated a sample of this type many years ago that I 'think' were Eley branded.
