Rem UMC .223 brass OK for reloading?

I was told that this is a bad brand to reload. Anyone reload their brass with the headstamp R-P .223 Rem?

R-P reloads great for me and there is no crimp which is a bonus.

Jerk wanted your good brass...or he was just clueless...

Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I've reloaded it and I like it better than my PPU Match brass.

Just make sure the flash hole is centered in the primer pocket. I have thrown away many RP cases that have off center flash holes. It would notmatter for plinking ammo, but I load for accuracy and I don't want any variations.

Just make sure there is a flash hole! Wasn't it RP that let some bad ammo slip out a couple years ago?

It's good to reload....and even forming cases for a Wildcat like 7mm TC/U.

Still punching 1/2 moa or better after 4-6 reloadings.
