256 WinMag

Any leads on getting 256 win mag ammo would be great.

Looking for a friend. He was gifted a gun for which there seems to be no ammo.

Interesting round and one I had to look up. Most of what I found shows it being discontinued but I found various reloading data on it, using a necked down .357 mag case. The challenge will likely be finding the dies, if you go that route.

Now that is a cartridge I have not heard about in a long time. At one time I almost got one but I had very little money and could not afford it.

My buddy saw that 500 offering. He didn't want that much. But he does want me to follow the reloading track for him if he supplies the stuff needed. I'm trying to avoid doing that. Was, with fingers crossed, seeing if any ammo was kicking around.
