    Lee Powder Through Rifle Die

I have set up and run my Lee 4-hole turret press for 9mm and 380 Auto. I ordered and received an xtra plate and went to set up my old 6.5x55 Swede rifle set . . ... Duh. No powder through die. Search of the Lee site is confusing. One of their rifle die sets is shown in 6.5x55 with a powder through but there is not single die of that description. I have a 3 die set and a 2-die carbide colette set. I dont see any merit to using the turret if I have to stop and with dumping powder into each case. Am I overlooking something really obvious ? I think I want a powder through die but I dont see that option on the webs. If I can get get good 6.5 I would expand to my other rifle calibers.

I believe the powder through they expect you to adjust and reuse from 1 other set. Or if you want you can just buy another generic rifle powder through die. My 223,6.5cm and 308 sets all came with that die. I don't know if it's considered long action so I'd buy one that's closest. Their insides have pistol/small caliber/large caliber settings so don't buy the .45acp powder through.

Some of my dies I just attach a funnel to it for precision.

I believe I also bought this but I can't remember if it came with the inserts for large and small calibers: https://www.amazon.com/Lee-Preciesio.../dp/B00162LR6M

Thanks Tabasz I quickly found this - https://leeprecision.com/charging-die-kit.html

The Lee site was not easy to search . .. . So DuckDuckGo.

Yeah, same as the Amazon site. The rifle can wait a few days I'll wail away at around 1,000 9mm and 380 Auto for a few days.

I agree that the Lee website is not very user friendly. I have several turrets set up for different calibers in rifle and pistol.

The rifle turrets mostly use the long charging die,

Lee Long Charging Die is for use with the Auto-Disk, Pro Auto-Disk and Auto-Drum Powder Measure. Works with cases 1.760 to 2.620 inches long.Works the same as the pistol powder through expanding die, except it doesn`t expand the case mouth. Rifle case expansion is done in the sizing die.

It's really just a guide and should last a lifetime. Maybe someone is selling one on Ebay or Craigslist.
