    TRN 12ga Shotgun reloading kit?

    Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any experience with The Reloaders Network 12ga shotgun reloading kit?
A small and light weight kit for reloading 12 gauge shotgun shells. • Plastic parts are light and durable • Includes Lee powder and shot dippers • Metal parts are hardened and black oxide finished • Measures: 4"x2"x5" • 13 oz • Made in USA • Free Shipping Coming soon:  10 gauge, 16 gauge, 20 gauge, 28 gauge, .410

It seems pretty interesting and compact. Would be awesome if there was a side by side comparison between this, the Xring kit (https://www.thexringusa.com/product-...lus-kit-deluxe) and the old Lee Loader.

This would be for a bugout bag or even a field bag for my truck to reload a few spent shells instead of lugging around the Load-all. To be clear, I don't do dove hunting, mostly squirrels, turkey and quail, so not expecting to have to load more than 10 shells at a time.

    Thanks!

While it's a bit bigger than you want, my first press was a Lee Loadall JR. You can sometimes still find them for around $10 on ebay. I mounted it to a piece of 2x6 and sometimes used it while sitting in my car. No hammer or pounding required. If you find a used one, make sure it has the adjustable shot scoop. You'll need to get the right powder scoop for your powder/load.

Here's one but, I'm cheap and already have two of them so, I think it's already too much:

      Thank you!

      Hi CSACANNONEER,

This is awesome, didn't know this even existed! I have a Lee Load-all already, but this Junior might fit the bill. I'll watch the auction and see where it goes.

I originally wanted the old Lee Loader, but the current asking prices are out of whack at $90. I've seen them even go up to +$100. What kills me is that you can hand load shells with nothing but a 1 inch socket, a wood dowel, and a punch. I just wanted something that wouldn't get me laughed out of hunting camp!

      Thanks again!

        Well, that escalated quickly...

Ebay is nuts. $100+ for a Lee Load-all JR with no spare part support from Lee? I don't think so....

Agreed. I would not spend more than about $25 on one. What part of the state are you located? Somewhere, I know I have a NIB one but, my hip/back is giving me trouble so, I won't be able to dig for it for several weeks.

The Xring kit looks to be much better made than the mostly plastic one above it.
The aluminum shellholder plate is a nice touch.

Not long ago you could find MEC 600JRs for $75 at garage sales.

No but I use the lee loader which is a similar idea. Works fine. Dont need a table mounted press like device for 12g.
