Need help with reloading press shell holder!

Guys, im slowly building up my hand loading gear. I ordered a set of RCBS dies to reload .308win. I thought it would come with a shell holder that goes into the press to place the shells in. Just want to make sure this is what i need. I have the Lee anniversary single stage reloading kit, is this what i need to hold the shell in the press? Pardon my ignorance, im still learning, lol.

          So you know,

Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering the RCBS shellholder for .223. The Lee shellholder is a little looser to accommodate (I think) a larger variety of cartridges. The difference in dimension is slight, but enough to make a difference. This caused me issues until I ordered and used an RCBS shellholder. Every so often a case would pop out of the Lee shellholder.
