Have racoons ever stolen your range brass?

Stupid question. I'm using the heat to air dry my brass after a long day of processing and wet tumbling. Now that it's dark out and a little cooler, I was thinking of leaving some brass out on my mesh tarp overnight to let it dry completely.

Should I just bring it in for the night and then continue to air dry in the morning when temps get warmer again? TIA

I never had a raccoon or bird steal any brass, but I have been ripped off by the two-legged range skunk who picks up other people's brass while they're down range.
