Titegroup for 45ACP 230gr for 20in BBL rifle

Hello. New to Calguns. Hard to find information on this. Hornedy has no help on their website. Actually only information from Hornedy is for their 185 gr JSWC at 5.5gr. Does anyone have solid information or where you can point me to? Thanks

Hodgdon reloading data website has a 230gr load, and many more. (1.2col, 4.4gr to 4.8gr, 230gr Hornady FMJ FP). It might print a higher fps out of a longer barrel, but pressure wise should be ok.

Any standard pressure pistol load is fine.

A bit more velocity with the longer barrel. Slower powders have more velocity gain.

The case is so big and so low pressure, you can't really go too slow to take advantage of the barrel length.

It'll work with pistol loads, you just won't get huge gains.

Thanks for all the info everyone. I meant Hodgdon, not Hornedy. I can't blame autocorrect for that one! I did search the Hodgdon (NOT Hoenedy) website for data, but nothing came up for me. I'll keep looking. Thanks again.
