    digital scales

I am looking for a really inexpensive digital scale form my reloading. I would like it to have the accuracy down to .05 of a grain. Does anyone have any experience with something that would work?

I'm pretty sure that your stated criteria ("really inexpensive" and ".05 grain accuracy") are mutually exclusive.

        Ditto.

My Denver Instrument scale is accurate to 0.0015 grain, but it does not fall into the "inexpensive" category.
One granule of varget weighs 0.01 grain.

Do yourself a favor, dont scimp on the price of your scales. The cost of your guns and your health are potentially at stake. I have been loading for over 30 years and I have 2 scalrs on my loading bench. I load over 15 calibers with 5 different types of presses that include shotgun, rifle and pistol. Do yourself a favor and either spend the money necessary for a good didgital scale or stay with a balance beam style that is inexpensive and accurate. The first tiem you blow up a gun the cost is negligible!!!

I like my RCBS Rangemaster scale. Try Google shopping. I got mine for $110 delivered.

I love my Dillon Dillon Terminator 2 Electronic Scale
This is a nice, small, compact electronic scale made by OHAUS for Dillon. Carries a 2 year OHAUS warranty directly, is Dillon Blue, works with AC Adaptor (included) or 9v battery. Comes with check weights. Up to 750grain capacity. I have a Balance beam scale as well but just got tired of doing adjustments all the time.

                  To bad it got discontinued.

As others have said, guns and cheap don't go together. But seriously, you want to skimp on a tool that measures the amount of gun powder in your casing?
