Lee auto drum on Dillon

Getting back to reloading and forgot how to install this unit on my 650. As I have it now, I'm using the Lee riser die for clearance. As of right now I'm not getting full rotation on the drum but it's over flaring the brass. Is anyone here familiar with the auto drum?

Lower the auto drum die, so the shell can go higher.
and
- The "Powder-Wheel Indicator" must be at the TOP mark for powder from the "drum" drops to the "Powder-Wheel"
- The "Powder-Wheel Indicator" must be at the BOTTOM mark for powder from the "Powder-Wheel" dispense to the "shell".
