It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

I've looked in the past but haven't pulled the trigger on a turret.
In my searches the Lyman looked good. Midway has it for $219 right now...

What steps are you trying to speed up?
In my experience turret presses flex more than stout single stages. Big beasts like the Area 419 won't, but a lot of them will.Comment

Watch the videos on which press to buy done by the Ultimate Reloader. If you have many calibers, like I do, think Hornady Lock-n-Load. Very easy to change calibers. If you don't have that many calibers and reload in big lots, then Dillon. Not familiar with the 419.
He doesn't do the Horanady bushings justice. You put your die in a bushing and lock it in and never have to adjust it again. You just drop the die in, rotate 1/8 turn and its locked in. No tools. Very fast. Just measure the powder when it comes out, measure your overall length to ensure nothing changed. Incredibly fast caliber changes.Last edited by Sir Toast; 06-21-2022, 7:46 PM.

I prime with mine without issues. I have three turret heads with dies already set-up. Two are set-up for rifle with two calibers on each. The other has 9mm and 40 SW set-up so I can test loads before switching to production on the Dillon.I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

That was one of the reasons for purchasing the Area 419 for me. I use Mighty Armory decapping die for all calibers. Eventually you will have to get more turret heads though

I personally know at least 3 rifle shooters who own and use both the Dillion 550s and Forsters on a regular basis.
These same OG's tell me their go-to press for Magnum Rifle cases is the Redding T7.
It is not the Press. Rather it's the changing personal preference of the owner.Comment
