    Hornady case feeder died

I've loaded about 2000 rounds using mine.

I was loading some 45 for a match tomorrow. Loaded about 50 rounds, ran just fine. Then the motor just stopped turning. Removed the plate, still no luck. I think the motor's gone. So %#@$$# right now.

Gonna call Hornady customer service Monday. No chance I'd be able to shoot tomorrow since rules require that you only shoot plated or lead and the local shop only sells FMJ.

    Not a happy camper.

Anyhow, hope your weekend is better gents/ladies.

I have never used a Hornady, but can't you just manually put the cases in?
Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.

Glad I bought the Dillon instead. 35,000 rounds and still turning.

Yes, I could. It's a ***** when you're reloading pistol. Might do that after this beer.

          Hey 3453...

I know what you mean, I had the LNL AP a few years back and it is a pain to load bullets and brass with the same hand (left) only.

Cool off with that beer and then go slow, Mate. you can do it even though it may take 4 to 6 times longer...

Good luck and good shooting at the match.

Thanks. Got about 250 rounds done so should be set for tomorrow.

            Nite.

Hope Hornady will fix it for me fast and free. So far their customer service has been top notch.

I set up the seating die in 4th stage, and seat bullets with the right and place brass with the left, so my right comes off the handle places a bullet and then pulls the handle. I can get about 300 out an hour if all my dies stay, and my powder is measuring good.

If you wish to sell the dead feeder shoot me a PM
This is exactly identical to knowing you make $27,000 a year, spending $37,000 a year, having $170,000 on the credit card and then whining that it's "unfair" when the card company won't let you run up another 10 large.

This, incidentally, is our Federal Government right here, right now, today -- just add the zeros to the above and you get our tax revenue, our spending, and our federal debt.

I'm thinking its prolly a simpler interrupter switch, not the motor. You'd smell some burning electronics scents if the motor went.
