Just when you think things were getting better it seems like panic mode again.

I fairly recently bought 1K rounds of Wolf steel case .223 for .41 cents a round. Now I'm only seeing prices of 50 cents and higher for anything.

I haven’t made a decent purchase of ammo since early 2020. Not just because ammo has been unavailable, but also because of the prices. I don’t have a gigantic supply, but enough to keep me from buying right now.

Might be time to rethink the reloading option. Not sure about component availability these days though. I stocked up during the early phase of the pandemic and component availability was mostly OK then.

I just stocked up a bit on ammo. I am learning to reload .45acp but by the time you buy all the components its not cheap. I actually think i`ll just buy ammo next time unless everything gets cheaper.

I reload everything. You are right it is probably not a ton cheaper, after you buy everything, but you don't feel so bad about shooting up a bunch. Even with todays prices I can put 45 acp together for less than $10 a box.
