    Kudos to RCBS Customer Service

I have an RCBS Rockchucker press that I have been using for 40 years. I have a ton of RCBS dies and accessories. Never once in all those years have I had an issue with any RCBS product. Today, I found the primer arm was missing on my press. No idea where it went.
So, I got out my credit card and called RCBS and told the CS Dude what I needed. He asked for my name and address and said he would get it in the mail today. I asked if he wanted my credit card info. He said nope. It's covered by the warranty! I said the press is 40 years old. Didn't matter.
Now that's a company that stands by it's products!

    Thank you RCBS

Had the same experience, I needed the little bolts that hold the arm, he too asked me fof my name and address, I asked him if he was ready for my card he just told me it would be on its way and to enjoy my day. About 2.5-3 days later I received the two bolts, brand new arm, and both small/large primer cups. I have since passed the press on to another member here.

LOL, I was thinking about getting one of the cheaper types for $180. But then I saw lots of complaints. The $250 ones too. Even the $400 ones, and the 600 ones too. I decided to just hand trickle.

I agree with RCBS customer service. I have a hand priming tool that the plastic feed section split apart. I emailed RCBS and had a return email that day saying to please provide a shipping address. I provided my address and asked what the charge was to make payment....they stated that it would be shipped free of charge.
            Can't beat that!

Yup agree. I bought a used RCBS tool that was missing a part. I sent them an email explaining that it was a tool I bought used and was missing the part when I bought it and that it wasn't a warranty item. I requested information on how to purchase the part. The next email from them was them advising they shipped it to me free of charge anyway

I’m a big fan of their Customer Service too. I had an issue with a die so i called them to get help. While i was on hold, I figured it out. Was operator error. When they came back on the line I told them I figured it out and I got the die working again, said goodbye and hung up. Less than 5 minutes later i got a call from RCBS. The cs rep i had talked to was calling me back. He said, “those decapping pins can occasionally break. What caliber dies do you have? I’ll send you a replacement decapping pin for each one, so if and when they do break, you don’t have to call back, you’ll have extras.”
