9mm powder choice

Lookin for some input for limited powder choice for my 9s. I have a lot of H Universal, and quite a bit of Bullseye and would like to utilize some of this instead of investing in 80 buck a pound new stuff. Anyone have a favorite load with these powders behind 147gr. XTPs? All Fed brass is primed with Win spp. Prolly lookin at sub-sonic HD type loads along with some target and plinkin use.
