    Selling reloading powder in CA

I can't keep up with the jackbooted thug psychopaths who run this state. Is it legal for me to sell reloading powder FTF without asking permission from the Newsom Crime Family?

    Yes
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

I'm not aware of any law in California that requires a seller to ask the state for permission before selling firearms, reloading components or ammunition. There are limits on how much ammunition you can sell at one time and buyers of finished ammunition have to pass a background check just like firearm buyers have to pass a background check.

According to California law, Health and Safety code you should get address, birth date and driver license info from whoever you sell or give the powder to. However, there is no clear penalty if you don't (but there is on the receiver if they give you false information)
