I get my Zero 124gr FMJ's in bulk from Roze Dist or czcustom.

I mainly use Winchester small primers, but sometimes substitute with CCI small pistol or Sellior Bellot small pistol primers.

I'm only getting about 1010 fps out of my Sig P228, but it cycles all of my 9mm pistols reliably, to include my HK SP89.

My other favorite is a really light load. Functions in all my 9mm pistols, but can't limp wrist at all.

4.1gr AA2, Berrys 124gr plated round nose, seated to 1.135" It chronos at about 854 fps, but it's very accurate.
So that is a subsonic round then, correct (>1100 fps)?
Is there an advantage to shooting subsonic. more accurate? or.....?

              yeah, i'm confused in general
i have the lyman M-die for 9mm and 223. I think I also have an FW arms die, but i think they are decapping and swaging. will have to check. i bought Lyman pro packs but i'm not sure that they are necessarily the best. i have read, watch, listened to people who recommend self-guiding dies to improve the accuracy of die case insertion to limit ding and damage to the cases. i'm going to go back to a few videos that i bookmarked and rewatch them and see what was recommended again.

Coated bullets don't need any unusual attention. Just flare your cases more in general, it makes reloading easier no matter what bullet type you use.

A lot of people underflare and shave off their bullets to try to preserve the brass, but 9mm brass will probably get lost before you wear it out. After 5+ loadings, once fired still looks good.
