Friend of mine gave me about 85 335g cast bullets that he picked up at a gun show. These were pulled for whatever reason we don't know. There is a little powder of what type I don't know stuck to the lube on these bullets. I'm intending to load them just for plinking. Any reason to worry about the very small amount of powder stuck to the lube? Very few granules stuck to the powder. Thanks.....captn-tin... Now a resident of Oklahoma!

I would just brush off as much as possible but would not worry about a tiny amount. Normal cast boolits are used for much lower velocity loads than plated or jacketed bullets. -

I would wipe off powder on the base of the bullets.Randall Rausch
