Consider joining the FCSA. They have great resources on their forum for reloading .50.

I just got into reloading .50 as well. I started off with 220gr of H50BMG powder with CCI 35 primers and a 645gr Lehigh solid brass projectiles.

+1 on the FCSA - It is a great place to start and a wealth of info. Be very careful with the .50 stuff. Most powders used for handgun and rifles will become bomb like when trying to push a 650 -800 gr bullet. .50 powders are slow burning. I use H50BMG for my target loads behing a 750gr AMAX. I also use IMR5010 and surplus 5010 with 700gr AP surplus bullets for plinking loads. WC868 with some of the lighter solids works well too.

Where are you located? You can probably find someone in your area to help you out. Most of the .50 shooters I know are the friendliest and most helpful bunch of guys you could ever meet. Shoot me a PM anytime if you have any questions. I have only been reloading and shooting mine for about two years though.
      Never return fire!
