5000 Federal Small Pistol Primers !!

I'm a happy camper again. I traded some shotgun ammo for 5000 Federal Small Pistol Primers.

We did the deal at the Flying J Travel Center just over the river on Arizona, so California laws didn't apply.

I went home last night and loaded 500 rounds. It was nice cranking out ammo, without worrying about if I have enough primers. I've decided 5000 Federal Small Pistol Primers will last me a year.

I'm hoping supply comes back by then. What's nice about 5000 Federal Small Pistol Primers is that 5000 Federal Small Pistol Primers don't take up much room.

The only thing I'm aware of that hinders my primer and powder acquisitions is that when shipped it has to be coming from a shipper that has already set themselves up as a HAZMAT shipper, which generally means an authorized retailer.

So it generally has to be face to face.

Congrats on the small pistol though. I've been picking up small rifle and using them for pistol.

Yes, I use CCI in my semi autos, but in my revolver I need Federal. Federal Small Pistol Primers take less hammer force to ignite, and that lets you have a lighter double action trigger pull.

In my case my double action trigger pull is right at 5.5lbs. It won't fire CCI primers.

That's the best way to do it currently. I traded small pistol primers for large rifle for my 45-70. More people are looking for spp.

How many primers are you allowed to cross state lines with? I heard it was 1 year or $1000 dollar fine per 1000 over 10. $1.00 fine each! Soon it will be cheaper to smuggle then to purchase.
