So here is the deal. I ordered the S&B Primers last months and gothte replya week later that they were not in stock, so I canceled them as I had enough on backorder elsewhere. Some how they didnt get them cancled and a month later they showed up at my door. I called and tehy have refunded the money, I asked how I could return the primers as I didnt want them for free, and they told me they would eat the cost as it was their mistake, and there was no way for me to mail them back. I am super impressed. They will get lots more of my money for thier outstanding customer service and taking this on the chin.

Good deal! Midway did something like that to me not to long ago. I had ordered a Wilson grip safety for my 1911. They ended up sending the wrong one. I offered to send it back but they said just keep it and they will send the correct one out no charge. Lots of gun related companies got the extra mile to please there customers..
