I’ve gotten most parts in less than three days through warranty.

I've always had real good luck with their "No B.S." warranty. They've shipped stuff out to me without any delays.

I've just moved up to their RL1100 press after 30 years on the 550 press.

Interestingly, Dillon only offers a "BS" warranty on the new press. I'm kinda curious as to the support I'll get for it in the future.

Make sure you have a spare parts kit. When a part breaks, swap it out with a spare and call/submit online for replacement.

Last time I made a warranty claim online (9/22/2021) it took about 6 days before it was mailed out. Thats quicker than it was in the beginning of 2021. Expect for the part to take 2 weeks these days.

This is the idea I was going to suggest, as I went the same route.

When my XL 650 index ring busted the last time, but I actually bought 2 parts kits, so I will always have a backup to the backup on-hand too...

I generally get replacement parts from them within a couple days. They usually ship within day and they are in AZ.
