So while processing a batch of range pickup 5.56 brass, I noticed all the Aquila brand brass flash holes were off center. Would there be any issues reloading these or should I just toss them in the garbage? Thanks for any input.

Depends. I have noticed something like that too but it was off by just a millimeter. Since my 556 is not used for ultimate precision I used it. Ultimate precision reloaders even deburr the flash hole... -
No more issues than there were the first time that brass was fired.
By the fact that you picked up the fired cases, they seem to have fired just fine.
Were there also a bunch of unfired rounds on the ground?Randall Rausch

Here is a not so good but it’s the best that my iPhone camera can do pic. Not gonna be doing any precision shooting either but mostly for range fodder.Attached FilesLast edited by dezert lobo; 10-04-2021, 7:41 PM.sigpic

They'll be fine for anything other than super-duper precision loads (and even then it's likely more perception than effect.) Primer gasses will still make it to the powder. As long as your decapping pin doesn't hit the web, you won't notice any difference.
Fiocchi brass (GFL headstamp) often has off-center flash holes as well.Comment
