    who has .22lr available online?

i recently purchased a spikes .22lr conversion for my ar and i want to get an assortment of ammo (brand, weight, velocity) to see what it likes best. the problem is that everywhere i look they have no .22 in stock or if they do its only shot shells. does anybody have a good source to get ammo online without a 3 month wait?

Man, I was just in Martin Retting today and they had loads. A bit far south for you perhaps?

Yeah, I'm in Marin County too, and it is really bleak here. What are you specifically looking for? I'm heading up camping in the Sierra's and will be stopping a couple of places on the way that may have some. I'll pick up an extra brick/bulk pack or two for you if I can find anything you want. I'm close to you (fairfax). Hell, if you flake on me, my wife will shoot it up in an hour or two anyway. That's my problem, she goes through .22 like no one I've ever seen.

Don't think on this too long, I'm on the road in the am.

Cabelas had some in stock if you want to mess with shipping. I bought some Aguila super or whatever from them recently.

Is there a cap on what Rettings will sell you?

I know on the .45 they have rediculous restrictions. You can only buy 2-50rounds boxes and thats with the purchase of a .45 caliber weapon, otherwise you can't purchase .45.

              I think it's BS!
