No experience but most powder companies have recipes on their web site. Alliant is a big company and this is for 9mm, they also have 9mm+p loads. If it was me I'd probably try 4 grains and chrono. My 9mms are all modern new guns that can handle +p.

I had some 135's from S&S I loaded them to 1.150 and started with a 147 recipe for titegroup, they ran great.

I stopped using them because they were a bit smokey and at the time I was shooting indoor IDPA, Ive heard the Sport Pistol is better with coated bullets and reducing smoke.

Hope this helps some and good luck.

Pretty close to 124gn, I would just use data for that and start a bit lower.

That mp version with the lube groove kinda looks like a lee 125 2r (.572 length) clone. My lee drops at 129gr with my alloy, I also have their 124 tc (.584 length)which comes out at 128gr.

With the 124tc I load to 1.085 and use 3.7gr of bullseye for avg of 1019fps. Same bullet loaded to 1.125 with 5.2gr be-86 has 1103fps avg with 4" barrel.

          Lee 125 2r at 1.125 OAL 4.6" barrel
          5.3gr longshot 1089fps avg
          4.3gr unique 1048fps avg

I have never used sport pistol, alliant lists a 124gr nlg bullet at 1.05 with a max of 3.9gr of sport pistol for 1066 from 4" barrel. It seems maybe a touch faster burning than bullseye.
