    The old ww1 ones

Or the modern electric primer ones?

The ww1, I believe, you can run on a Hollywood press. The Hollywood Tall Senior press should fit 20 mil

Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

              As I've heard it:

Man walking through an airport. He's strolling up to the checkin desk dragging a properly locked rifle case behind him. TSA agent rocks up to him and very loudly says, "Sir. Is there a gun in there?" to which dude responds, "First of all, lower your voice." because anyone hearing the word "gun" spoken by a TSA agent in an airport is liable to pee down their leg and start screaming & running and then things get unnecessarily exciting for everyone involved.

Go on one of the 20mm websites and ship your brass to someone who is already set-up to do it.

Is this to reload an actual, firing round, or for a curio?

If the latter, you could have a machine shop drill or machine an appropriate sized hole on a piece of steel, mallet the case mouth in as far as you want it sized, and pound it back out with a rod through the case mouth.

Would probably be cheaper to buy one (or more) though: https://www.cdvs.us/product/20mm-vulcan-dummy-round/

If you're making game calls out of cartridge cases, why would they need to be sized? Do you have to chamber your calls to get them to work?

They have to look proper when they are shipped. The necks now are very bent out of round.

So you don't need to size them, per se, you just need to get the necks round.

A suitable piece of tapered metal will do it. Think something like a heavy pin punch.
