Reloading 7mm rem mag using N160

Hi calguners
Anyone have experience with vihtavuori n160? I heard it's hard on barrel... how real is that? any thoughts advise ...help ... would be great!

I'm loading Nosler E-tip 150 and Nosler says N160 is the most accurate powder
