Blackout dies?

I need to get some Blackout dies. I have lots of 5.56 brass and plan to cut them down, but first I need to run them through a sizing die. Since 5.56 brass will be longer after necking down than Blackout finished brass, do I have to worry about the die not having enough room for the extra length of the brass?

Are there any dies that won't be able to form Blackout brass from 5.56/.223 brass?

I’ve had success with the RCBS Sb dies to help form
There’s enough room after the right cut to form and size
Then do a final trim with a trimmer

I cut, deburr, size, then trim....annealing if I can still find them after 4 or 5 loadings.

I figured sizing first would be better because then you only have to cut the neck instead of the body.

Cut 1st, deburr, then size. I have both Hornady and RCBS sets and both work well. Both are regular sizing dies. Have seen no need for small based in semi's or a bolt action. Note that your cut-off length will grow about .008" in length after sizing. Don't want to have to trim off too much material. Wouldn't want to drag my expander die back through that long of a neck sizing first.
