Old solid core doors work well for firm flat top.

The various work benches and drawer cabinets at Home Depot have worked well for me. Everything is wheeled so my wife will have no trouble with disposal when I pass. Mostly I'm using a 2x4 workbench that has no shelves. The height adjusts with a crank. Everything I use is mounted on 3/4" oak so I just clamp a particular item to the workbench when I need it (using a couple of woodworker's clamps).

Built my own so i can reload standing up. Doubled up 2'x4' 3/8" OSB sheet for the top and 2x4 for the frame, legs and supports. Secured to the studs. Made a shelf about half way down. Have my vise, press and powder measure secured to it.

you are so optimistic but then I have all my guns tagged with what I paid for them so she can sell them and not get ripped off.

            What Press?

I assume you are SS, because I can't see a Dillon 750 even starting on a portable bench! LOL.

I do not have much issue using my garage sale B&D Workmate 425, but I run a Forster Co-Ax that doesn't put much torque on the top. I bent a leg on a B&D 125 sizing military 308s. I ginned up a Z shaped adapter to bolt the press down and move it to the front of the table. I have to put a C-clamp on it to reduce the flex on the uplift.

If you are running a lightweight press with a lot of torque, like a o-ring press, then you may need something stiffer than a workmate.

I had Lee Turret press and Lee Pro 1000 press, both are shared the small area on my working bench.

Lee Bench Plate allows for quick press removal without unbolting from bench. Includes 3 base blocks; one drilled to fit all current Lee metallic presses. Special elevator bolt hardware included. Powder coated, thick steel mounts quickly and securely to any bench or tabletop.

The Lee Steel Bench Block is designed to work in conjunction with the Patented Lee Bench Plate system, featured on the the quick change Lee Bench Plate and Lee Reloading Stand. Constructed of thick steel, with a durable black powder-coated finish.

My bench does double duty as a regular workbench - so versatility is a must. All my reloading tools are mounted on 2x6 (or larger) and get clamped to the bench using c-clamps when in use. Works out well for my space.

I use an old metal table. All my presses (3) are mounted to a metal plate with 2 holes toward the back and bolts welded and coming through from the bottom of the table. 2 wing nuts and fender washers and I can swap out as I need to in 1 minute. The scales, powder measure and trays all stay at the one station.

All the rest goes on shelves on the wall above.

I only have a Turret, Single Stage and MEC for shotshells so it's easy but I'm planning on a 550 soon and it will have it's own spot.

I remember seeing someone make one out of a sawhorse many years ago.
