Wondered what it would look like if I hit it with a buffer.

Took 2 beers to do 40 rds.

Wow! I got some nasty a*s "Port" (made in Argentina) that could use some serious polishing.

Make sure you get ALL the buffing compound off the bullet.
There's probably some stuck down in that crack at the edge of the case mouth.
That polishing compound will be like fire-lapping your barrel.
Probably not a good idea to accelerate the wear on the barrel just so the ammo looks nicer before you fire it...

Too bad you are down south, I got buckets of brass that needs to be trimed and primer pockets swaged. Oh yeah, I got beer too!

I probably wouldnt polish the bullet. Putting pressure on it may loosen it or jack up the neck.

Accidentally put a HXP round through a tumbler with some empty brass. Came out real nice and pretty...just like in your picture.
