Arsenal 7.62 x 51 brass

It has the #10 headstamp so I believe it is from Bulgaria (Arsenal, Kazanlak (previously named Durjava Voenna Fabrika), Bulgaria.


Does anyone have information regarding this brass and its quality???

I've seen #10 circle on Bulgaria 7.62X54R spam can ammo case. Good stuff by the way.
But on 7.62X51mm...hhmmm.

For ComBloc ammo, Bulgaria usually is good stuff. Could be, maybe, Corrosive & Berdan,
but good for one shot most of the time.

I'll see if I can get some pictures up. The headstamp has the 7.62 x 51 plus the number 10 and another number (I haven't checked all the pieces, but it appears to be either 13 or 14 which I believe is a manufacturing code). This is brass; not an assembled round so the type of primer is not an issue. Hopefully later today I'll verify that the primer pocket is within specs and take some other measurements.
