    Weekend reloading

Loaded ~5600 .223 this weekend. Annealed, resized and trimmed a few months ago. Mostly 55gr FMJBT. A few hundred 63gr. I was hoping I could get to the odd stuff, like old A-Max bullets and Varmint grenades I have laying around but I ran out of cases.

Last time I did .223 was back in 2016.
Used up the rest of my Benchmark, CFE223, TAC and had to switch over to H4198 for the last hundred or so.

    Loaded on a 650. Stations:
1-Lyman M expander die (Give it a slight flare for station 3)
    2-Prime, powder drop
3-Bullet feeder die (Used with 3D printed bullet collator)
    4-Bullet seater
5-Resizing die w/decapper removed. This is backed out to just touch the neck. This is to get rid of any flare station 1 may have made.

For the collator, I originally wired up the start/stop to IR LED+phototransistor, but the bullets wouldnt always obstruct the path. I didnt feel like trying to resolve that issue, so I just wired up an arcade style button so I could get going.

I printed 2 collators (large and small bullets) and a bunch of plates. They work great. Maybe an upside down bullet every few hundred.
    Here it is in action:
