Check to see if after the powder drop station, the case was flared. This might help with the RCBS seater so it doesn't fly out or tilt before seating.

Thanks man, I'll flare it out more. I did increase it, but not enough for me to rough it to the seating station

Note that I load by hand so I deal with tilt too. I'd hate for you to adjust too much flare and ruin your brass. It might just be the spin is just too fast.

When the brass won't engage the seating/crimping die, then you have too much flare.

Yeh, more flare than necessary overworks the brass, but it's really pretty durable and cheap.
