If you have a reloading press, and a set of 9mm dies. You could easily seat the bullets deep enough to PLUNK in your pistol.

    If not send them back.

As "ptmn" states "could and should". To be determined by you.

What bit you in the butt is called "tolerance stacking". Everything is made with +/- tolerance. If your ammo is at + COAL. And your pistol chamber is at - chamber "leade" tolerance. You have your exact situation.

Many people have sent pistols back for rework. Simply because the chamber would not accept MOST over the counter AMMO. Even though they were "in spec".

Now that you have the facts of the situation. It's up to you to decide what to do.

The longer loads would not work with my PC Carbine, but should function in the SR-9 and M9 (92FS, but .mil variant).

      It depends on the barrel/chamber.

I did a plunk test on a box of 50. Half of them are not fitting correctly in the barrel I.e stuck in barrel, OAL

Left is fine, right is bad

Targetsports USA is aware of the problem already. Other users have had issues. Contact their customer service to see what they can do about replacing the ammo. Definitely a QC issue. Be nice about it and ask for their help, it makes the customer service personnel more willing to assist.
